Welcome to Paacabs Private Limited (“Paacabs”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our mobile app, website, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Paacabs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable taxes.
• Payments can be made via cash, card, or in-app wallet (where available).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations may attract charges depending on timing. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.
• Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and other users.
• Not misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paacabs is a cab aggregation platform. While we verify drivers, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
